Have your products been tested and registered?

Yes. All of our products have been tested and registered with the U.K. OPSS and are legally safe to sell and use.

Why is my honey hard?

Changes in temperature and moisture can cause crystallisation. You can warm your honey up by placing the jar in warm water and it will soon become runny again!
